We are thrilled to have you on this journey with us. This guide will walk you through what Connect is, what to expect during the beta, how to get started, and how to get support along the way.

Seamless.AI Connect is the next evolution of the Seamless platform. We’ve always helped you find leads—now we help you connect and close them, too.
Multi-Channel Outreach – Email, phone, and LinkedIn from one platform.
Campaign Automation – Create automated outreach sequences (e.g., email → call → task).
Task & Follow-Up Management – Stay on track without juggling tools.
Real-Time Notifications & Activity Tracking – Know when leads engage.
Templates & Dynamic Variables – Personalize communication at scale (e.g., {FirstName}, {CompanyName}).
Twilio Integration (Optional) – Power your outbound calls and track conversations.
This beta gives you early access to Seamless.AI Connect before its public release. It’s your chance to shape the product with your feedback while getting a first-mover advantage on powerful new engagement capabilities.
Seamless.AI Connect helps you: Find leads → Engage them across channels → Track everything → Close deals faster.
Utilize the in app “Submit Feedback” button in the top right hand corner to submit feedback. Click “Share Feedback.” Please include a screenshot of a bug or error message if reporting an issue.
If you are inthe slack channel #ext-connect-beta, you can ask questions there or click the "beta-feedback" button to submit feedback!
You will receive an email inviting you to our internal slack Connect beta channel “ext-connect-beta.” Please accept this request and join our product team to ask questions, give feedback and more.
Log In to Seamless.AI and navigate to “Settings” in the upper right-hand corner
Click on “Seamless Labs” under “User Setting.
Enable the toggle “Seamless Connect 3.0” to activate the beta. If “Seamless Connect” and “Dynamic Layout” flags are visible, note that these must be enabled as well for full Connect functionality. (Note: you must agree to our beta terms in order to participate in the beta.
Connect your email – Send emails and track email activity on Seamless.AI.

Create your email footer. Footers are required for sending bulk emails or automatic emails with campaigns. (You must include the correct business name and physical address.)
Set Daily Send Limit Per Inbox and Domain Daily Send Limit (recommended is 50 for daily send limit and 60 seconds for email delay)
Connect your Twilio account (optional) – Unlock Twilio advanced calling features on Seamless.AI. (Note: If you do not have a Twilio account, you can still log calls and track disposition and sentiment.)

Q: Do I need a Twilio account to make calls?
A: No, it’s optional. Without Twilio, you can still log calls manually.
Q: What emails are supported?
A: At this time, only Google Gmail accounts are supported for email features; however, Outlook support is coming soon.
Q: Which browsers are supported?
A: We recommend using Chrome for the best experience.
Q: How is my data handled during beta?
A: Your data is protected under our existing privacy and security policies. Beta participation does not change your data rights or protections.
